Before becoming a lawyer, Drew worked directly within Pennsylvania’s special education system as a Regional Interagency Coordinator, where he:

• Reviewed psychological and educational evaluations

• Assisted with IEP development and implementation

• Coordinated services for students with complex disabilities

• Worked closely with school districts and state agencies

He later represented school districts as defense counsel, gaining rare insight into how schools evaluate and defend claims — experience he now uses to advocate effectively for students and parents.

Special education cases are different from other legal matters. They affect a child’s future every single day.
